Here at Digital Mentality we offer ADHD assessments personalised to you!

In order to complete a thorough assessment inline with NICE guidance there is a lot of information to collect and this can feel overwhelming but we will take things at a pace you feel comfortable with.

All of our assessments start with an initial consultation. This can be online or face to face at your home. This is a comprehensive appointment, which focuses on current differences or difficulties you or your child might be experiencing and takes in lots of information including early childhood development. We will also ask you to complete a series of questionnaires

After the initial consultation we will gather wider information. 

For Children this means working with the school to get a wider understanding of their presentation in the classroom and may include a school based observation. This helps us to understand how your child behaves in different environments. 

For Adults this means speaking to a nominated friend or family member who can give us more context into your strengths and challenges. This could be a parent, friend or loved one but please don't worry if you cannot think of anyone, we can continue without this step if you wish.

​Following this we will take away all the information for a multidisciplinary discussion with our colleagues before formulating the results of the assessment. We will then meet with you to discuss these before writing a report.

Prices:

All prices are inclusive of travel to homes and schools within 35 Miles of Ripon, North Yorkshire. Any additional miles are charged at 45p a mile
